Maybe over all Ireland is losing the rabbit; but here by the Comeragh mountains in Co. Waterford we have a good number of rabbits.

Yea, the new virus is deadly. Stays in the soil for years. Even reintroducing healthy stock, will be doomed. Some area's don't seem to be affected, others have small pockets of good numbers, and then nothing for miles.

Very scarce around my part of Fingal. Seem to have made a small bounce back in some areas.

A few is all, shanahoe gone quiet. Rsthdowney hasva few. Borris is dead. Ballaghmore gone.

Head out of Rathdowney for Ballacolla and take the left turn up for Clough go about half mile up that road the place is lifting with rabbits.

Definitely more rabbits this year from what I’ve seen here in south Kildare. Still not the same numbers as in the past however
