Back on the lamp.
Retired to ratting and day time mooching cos of a bad break on a front leg two yrs ago, I decided to give Cú a run on the lamp. Wasn't many about, all the fields that usually held a rabbit or two were barren. Managed 3 slips and bagged two. The gimpy leg held out, carried it a little on way home but was grand, so I'll give him a lamp every couple of weeks or so

Nice dog. Was out myself last night with my young deerhound cross and a friends saluki x, great night for it.
