Breeding birds this spring

What are people’s thoughts on hatching birds this year - I have been breeding poultry for 15 years or more but I am wondering is the interest in poultry on the way down or is it the times we are in,

Genuine poultry keepers will stay breeding enough for their own need and uses, now if a person is breeding with intent to sell then its down to supply and demand and breeding whats in demand will always attract customers and interest.

The interest in poultry has never been higher this year with lock down. As ever if you breed good birds you shouldn't have trouble selling

I would be a genuine poultry keeper with what I think is a fairly good setup of sheds and pens and although I have sold some birds over the years, I look on it as a hobby especially now that I am retired I only put out there as I don’t see much interest in my area

Swings and roundabouts.. Last year i saw a massive demand for poultry, who knows what this year will bring.
Now that i am retired i shall breed more as long as i get the clockers to sit the eggs.
