What are you all planing on breeding for the year I wonder how the year will play out bird flu has really put a spanner in the works the last few years,it could be good thing depends what way you look at it.

I might hatch a few ducks again otters cleaned me out last year.
For chickens Im going to breed a few Irish game of a few different strains and a few pens of americans.Might turn farmyard cock loose with spare hens.

Hens are better free ranged,but if you are breeding different breeds and single mating you will have to pen them up any way no different from any other year.
