Current Price on Duck eggs for eating
Hi all,
Wondering what prices people are selling their eating duck eggs for?
Can you make good money off of good laying ducks? Or is it hard to make money off of ducks?

I charge 3 euro a half dozen. I keep them because I like them rather than making money. Not too many people eat duck eggs so not the same demand for them as hen eggs.

Neighbour is selling them for 5er, for half dozen. Thought it was a bit steep for few eggs

That was probably pretty expensive in the past. But feed prices are going higher and higher, right now. And other prices too. I don't know how the small scale poultry businesses and hobbies and maybe even large scale ones are going to keep it up if the prices keep going like this, unless egg and meat prices can keep going up as well.
