a bit of a turkey

i suppose now with d bird flu that b d end of sales,supposta keep poultry indoors now ,they might b a shortage of turkeys for d festive season if more flocks get affected,hopefully not

There won't be any shortage as most flocks are indoors anyway. It's not against the law to keep outdoors so where it is unfeasible to keep birds indoors other biosecurity measures must be kept

Are chickens really required to be kept indoors at this point? I looked briefly and could not find anywhere that it said that for this winter.

i seen it in some ag site couple days ago,its will b compulsory in d uk from 29 nov to keep poultry indoors not sure about irl maby it was only a recomondation for irl not sure

ya a housing order is in place from 22 nov in irl too many dont seem 2 know about it or take much notice of it,prob depend n ur set up & wheir u live,,,,like covid some scared some take no notice,,,bit of variety is good

I could be wrong but I think that the order applies to UK and NI just at the moment.
