Subistute replacement wormers for flubenvet

I do think this needs to be discussed again or more so updated.I am providing a link which I think will help people find a good dewormer for poultry, sheep, pigs, etc.they are fenbendazole based which is a suitable replacement for flubendazole. The chart shows the name of the wormer, the target speices and where its licensed.
I know it's been difficult to find suitable wormers for poultry so I do hope this chart helps people.Abbreviations..... PO poultry SW for swine Go for goats CA for cattle HO horses, etc.etc

Some are flubendazole which is good so it gives people a choice of wormers to do the same.

Personally I'm lost amongst all the information. Can you simply give us the name of the poultry substitute wormer and where to get it please.

Literally most of Wormers are fenbendazole, any that in end in zole are most likely.
Flubenvet has went through red tape and testing to get it approved as a poultry Wormer, many other brands are suitable for poultry it just may not be economical for them to do so as poultry isn't near as profitable a market

Thanks Adrian. We just keep poultry so not familiar with wormers for other animals ( except the tablets for cats and dogs) and our vet doesn't "do" hens!

Use at your own risk

Thank you that is a bit clearer. The words use at your own risk don't inspire confidence however.

The glanbia wormer is branded for cat and dogs hence the own risk where as the flimabend is for poultry. You could use Panacur horses granules or paste at a minuscule dose as the active ingredient is like 20% or something. But always seek the advice from a vet first.

I dose my hens with foran orazole a for cattle at present and never had a problem and found it safe It's fenbendazole 10% and I put in there water and in some cases orally Any fenbendazole 10 or 12% livestock oral drench I have used I never had a problem.

What about egg withdrawal?

Again, since the companies haven't went through the hoops to get it approved for poultry or for no egg withdrawal it's not known. Most likely a lot of them don't need egg withdrawal but poultry isn't lucrative business

No Adrian poultry doesn't seem to come high on anyone's priority list yet it's the most eaten meat in the world. Makes you think doesn't it?

I use to use solubenol which was for poultry and that had a withdrawal of zero days .

Thank you roostercroweburn. I have looked up the Flimabend and the Solubenol that you mentioned and yes they do state zero days. I had never heard of these before.
