What is the difference?

Prompted by another post can someone please explain what's the difference between Mycoplasma and Infectious coryza?

Very similar conditions.
Two main differences are I.C. does not pass on through eggs and there is a vaccination for I.C. where there's no treatment for Mycoplasma bar culling.

Is there not a vaccine for MG I thought battery hens were vaccinated for it then pass it on when they come in contact with none vaccinated birds.
