Hi all, Iím a total novice to the whole keeping chickens game and learning as I go. We got our chicks at about 3 weeks old and they have been doing very well- thriving eating, scratching, making dust baths for themselves and trying to escape 😂. They are about 18 weeks old now and we are hoping for eggs soon, however when I went out to check on them this evening four were out and about but one was in the coop by herself. She didnít move when I approached and kept her eyes closed and didnít move or open her eyes until I nudged her. She got up and moved about and in fairness looked spritely enough but then passed a large amount of white liquid, almost like a discharge or diarrhoea. Obviously I googled straight away and now Iím worried she has salmonella. Does this sound like it?
