Gameflex pen netting

Hi all Iím wondering if any of you have used the gameflex pen netting yet. Iím looking to invest netting a very large area including top netting and would wand to cut about 3 access doors in. Just wondering how the material copes with cutting will it drizzle up or hold on by simply attaching it to the woodframe of the doors? Many thanks for responses

I use it for partridge pens. It's flexible plastic so doesn't unravel.

its excellent stuff ,much much lighter than conventional chicken wire, it doesnt run or unravel when cut , can be cut with scissors but strong enough to slice your fingers if you try to rip it with your hands. But if your going to use it for a pen i suggest galvanised chicken wire for the bottom 2ft,( i run a three ft roll using a foot folded out and pegged down ) as rats mice etc will chew through it in a flash

Iím sorry I have missed the replies. Thank you very much also for the tip with the wire. I mainly need to move them for exactly that reason, rats have taken my month old chicks and Iím just unable to get this rat issue sorted in the old stone built barn. Thanks a million

BB, i have had the same issue with rats, i think unless you can lock them in a inner wee house in the shed during the night until they feather out that the rats will keep coming. I have some clocking hens that have fought off rats...blood all over her and the walls in the morning, but a more docile hen can be easily outnumbered. Just my 2cents, i feel your pain! Rj.
