Pheasant hatching time

Hey guys,

I have 40 pheasant eggs starting to hatch. 48 hrs ago, first crack In one appeared and took a full 24 hrs to hatch, then from yesterday morning onward about 12 cracked eggs appeared with six chicks hatched. Since then seems to have gone very slow. Am now half way through. Day 25.
Question is: is it normal for the hatching to take such a protracted time? I thought 48 hrs from first to last should be enough, am nw on 56 hrs with just 7 out.

I know at least 30 were viable at last candling on day 18.

Humidity is running 75 to 80% and temp for last couple of day reduced to 37.0 degrees.

Any advice appreciated.

Have you different breeds of pheasant in the machine? I found that different breeds of pheasants took different times to hatch. Like for example whites came nearly a day earlier than a normal ring neck and melanistic came out last.

Nope all the same, standard ring necks.

What machine are you using? Sounds like maybe the heat isn't circularating enough and some are coming slower than others.
