Ferreting

Iím ferreting by myself most of the time these days as the lad I used to ferret with has no time anymore I have a young pup that Iím working and sheís taking to it handy enough for her first season but finding it difficult ferreting hedges by myself

For ditches, you really need a second pair of hands. Long nets can be beneficial, but It really is too much work for one man, especially if there's lots of rabbits.
