Thursday, February 20th, 2020 It's like any building project budget is the biggest factor,do you want it like a modern house or original if you want a modern house put a track machine true it if you want the original get stuck in your self it all depends on your knowledge of construction but traditional farmhouses are fairly basic, get an electrician for any electrics and a plumber😉 good luck you'll need it.

Thursday, February 20th, 2020 insulation, insulation and then when ya think youve enough put some more. Those places leak heat unless constantly warmed. If youre on building sites you may be able to scrounge some leftover stuff. Roof an electrics likely youre biggest hurdle. Being a plumber will help but itll be a lot more joinery Id say etc

Sunday, April 19th, 2020 The best of luck with your project.
It's been a while but some pointers.
You'd want to budget Eur 1,200 per sqm floor area minimum.
Re-wired and certified a 9 room farm house across two floors, cost in 2002 was EUR 3,500.
Best,Bea
