Is my Serama rooster sick?

I have a lovely little Serama cockerel. Heís living in a purpose built breeding box in the shed with heat lamps along with 3 hens. His tail was always pointing up the way itís meant to but lately itís pointing down. As you put your hand close to him he will then point it upwards. Is this a sign of sickness?

Observe him for a bit longer see if he is yawning or making sounds while breeding could be either respiratory or worms
But at the same time could be nothing. A video would be nice I suppose if there was somewhere to upload it

Iíve been dosing him & the hens with Vet RX to prevent breathing problems, have them currently drinking garlic based treated water for worms. Always put a few drops of apple cider vinegar in their water anyway. The droppings look normal. Iíll keep an eye on him and my fingers crossed.
Thanks Aiden.
