When you finally contacted us last year and returned the machine we it replaced immediately as there was a gap between lid and base which was a manufacturing fault. The delay last year was in you returning the machine to us. When we got it back it was replaced same day. We cannot replace something without seeing it first.
I spoke to you today and asked you for the serial number of the machine which you are to get for me and said you would call back tomorrow with it and we can run through any issues.
Alternatively you can return the lid to us or brinsea for testing.
If there is an issue with any incubator we supply which is under warranty it is looked after no matter what make it is.
You have the office and mobile number but better you email any issues to so we both have a record of any correspondence.

I am not sure what you mean by big dips in the base, I presume you have the covers in place on the water troughs ? There should be no place for chicks or eggs to fall in to.

I am not going to reply to you on this forum any longer it would not be appropriate.
I am not looking for an argument and just want to sort out your issues.
Your Previous posting about this from last year is still on this forum showing all replies.
When you returned the machine back to us we sent replacement out the same day we got it back by courier.
The only delay was in getting the machine back to us. Brinsea had requested the machine be returned several weeks prior to it being returned to us but you did not want to send it back.
We cannot under warranty agreements with brinsea send replacements without getting goods back for inspection.
We have never stopped taking calls from anyone in this office and will speak to you anytime you call.

Hi all to the irish fowl that flock master lied about his cooperation with e last year he was nd brinsea where very unsuported when i had a issue with machine last year , and i kept ringing him i got no answer e was on holiday and the shop only answered 1 time when i explained the problem they never answered a call after that, after that i contacted brinsea uk and they tryed to out blame on me saying maybe i dont no how to use incubator out tape aroud the lid ,so finally after i write a post here on irish fowl i got a responce ,and now when i write here now about this problem flockmaster trys to shut me up by blocking me ,so is this website owned by brinsea what happened to freedom of speach???? I just rang office and asked why was blocked he kept denying then after long call he unblocked me but why this website is been used by brinsea you cant even explain a problem you could b having but im sure if i was complaining about a another brand it would be fine and would not be blocked over it .

Just to respond to the above posting you have not been blocked on this site or you would not be able to view or post anything on Irish Fowl.
The site is not owned nor does Brinsea have any ties to the site or to MacEoin General Merchants other than being one of many suppliers of incubators to the company.
We distribute & supply incubators from 6 suppliers and are not tied to any company and look after warranties for all of them the same way.
Once we get your machine back and know the issues as per email sent this morning we can deal with the matter and get it resolved.

Sorry to hear of your problem with the incubator. Just to say I have dealt with Mceoins a lot over the years and found their goods to be excellent, would have got advice from them over the phone on many poultry issues and found them always helpful whether the order was small or big. Have to say I find them more than helpful, but good luck with your incubator.

In fairness to Mike I, very never had a problem with customer service, always on the ball.
Very prompt delivery and helpful on the phone when you ring.
As regards Brinsea incubators
I have one I bought off McEoins twelve years ago and it's in perfect condition, used 3 to 4 times a season and has never let me down.
Location of the incubator is very important as is the quality of stock your eggs come fron.
Get these 2 things right and you should get good results.
Also washing dirty linen in public does not one any good.

I've a new Brinsea ovation incubator. It's the fully automatic 48 egg one. I've had 4 hatches this year with it and have had excellent results. Have been purchasing various items from MacEoin for several years and have always had a positive experience. That's just my experience of both.

It's very obvious by the comments that a certain person feels they need back up so using friends to comment or probably as a few other accounts to get rates , When I bought the incubator last year and made the complaint that the lid was not fitting the machine properly mac eoin and brinsea where not helpful at all did a big run around before eventually taken it back for a technician to inspect it and finally apologising and replacing it when he realised it was faulty incubator, yes yee all have had good experience no problems but I'm not the only one to have had a problem as last year when I posted the original complaint many people came forward with there problems to .. who wants to spend money on something for it not to work of course you'd be annoyed and then when u have MacEoin not been cooperative and taken things personally.. iv spoken with many highly respective breeders on my facebook page who also agree with brinsea performance..

Nope I'm friends with no one on the site. Nor is mine a fake account. Just a statement of fact based on my own experience.

I,m guessing the title of your post is inviting members to post their personal experience alongside yours.
I have no connection to Mc Eoins, never met Mike or any of his colleagues. Just telling of my experience with both the company and the incubator and if you don,t like that then you should have put a different title on your post and stated no other member is allowed post a reply.
There are two sides to every story remember.
