Pheasants picking eggs

I have four hens and a cock which are picking the eggs they are laying.
Anyone know how i can Stop/Reduce them doing this?
I have being giving them turnips all Winter which maybe is a factor?

Try making a tiny hole in the egg and put in some spices like cinnamon, pepper or paprika, when they go to eat theses eggs the spices should repel them
