Well your not going to get them like a supermarket bird, I usually have them done by November but these were a late hatch so had to let them grow on a bit. Still a good size bird, I don't feed pellets and are fed all grain and kitchen scraps. Hang for a few days and away you go, would be a shame to waste them.

I've tried full birds but I only eat the breasts now can't be doing with those grizzly legs and what not.

Have you tried brining? that's what i do sometimes it really makes a huge difference! look it up it's great for pork as well. Also the slow cooker does a great job as well. Can you tell i like cooking...lol.
