Hen with dirty bottom

As the title says ive a hen whose tail feathers are always dirty and its fresh.Problem doesnt seem to be clearibg up what is it?

she could have vent gleet, which is white watery poo, an very hard to cure, or she could just have a runny tummy, separate her, clip away all feathers around the vent, wash the area, an just feed her whole wheat for a week.

I meant to stress that the vent appears clean but its from the top of the triangle of the tail feathers down.

Maybe try a dash of apple cider vinegar in the water and as Pearl said clip and wash and keep a eye on her, is she straining when she poos?

No she is pooing very easily and it looks 90% normal just a tad watery

check the area throughly for Northren fowl mite, they look a lot like dirt en mass.
