Pullet lethargic

I noticed something off with one of my pullets, her tail is dropped slightly it's nearly horizontal instead of perked up like usual, she is walking around picking but seems to be doing so very slowly, she used to be very lively running around after us and the last out picking at night till the last minute, no she just walks around and the first into bed every night. I noticed this morning another one with the tail down the same, what could be wrong with them? What should I give them? All advice welcome. Thanks

Hi I just checked the bird and she has mites or something along them lines crawling around on her under her wings, they're small ring white and red things. She was laying but haven't seen her laying in a few days since she became lethargic like this. Poo is normal and they're about a year old? Would it be the mites causing it? I'm going to treat them for it anyway, any recommendations as to what would be the best for it? Without egg with drawls?

mites will pull them down as they feed on the hen, there is nothing u can put on that doesnt have egg withdrawls apart from some powders that takes weeks to work, an in the meantime she is dropping them for other birds to pick up.
either get some ivermectin from the vet, or try get johnsons cage bird mite spray in pet shops.
make sure u burn bedding, an dont use straw or hay, these are a haven for mite, i use woodshavings an mix in ant powder.
