Dirty Bums on Chickens

Hi All,
My chickens have dirty bums and I have tried Mycostain (this was recommended by vet for fungal infection) given by syringe for 7 days but no improvement. I then tried Flubenvet 1% for worms...no joy here either. The vents are red or infected and their droppings seem ok... although you can still see some green grass in the droppings. I feel Iv tried everything with no Joy .... any ideas guys would be greatly appreciated as it spoils the look of the chickens.

Any chance you are feeding them barley?

If they are big birds such as orpingtons I wouldn't worry too much about them. Fluctuating diet would cause them to keep them destroying themselves
