Advice Needed - Injury to Buff Orpington hen

Hello, I have a Buff Orpington hen who has been feather pecked rather badly around the neck. I have cleaned the wound and dressed it as best I can. Hen is alert, eating and generally content. Took her out from her recoup cage this afternoon for some sun and to check her dressing. Noticed she was falling over on her side when she tried to walk. Could not see any sign of injury to feet or legs but did notice a very large swelling - sort of in between legs and away from vent.
Any idea as to what this could be? Also, feathers have been feather pecked from this area.
