I used to sell my duck eggs in a local shop, no good, for what itís worth, dropping them down on a set day... then the fella said he had complaints some were bad (I have never seen a bad one myself in 10years) I know it was his way of not paying me properly for them, then I thought what if god forbid something did happen to somewhere... it just wasnít worth it.... so for years I just used to use them myself, give them away to people who called, or worst boil em up for the dogs...

Last year a friend asked me to sell a couple of dozen a week to her, and that worked out grand, as it just about covered their feed, and I still had eggs for me and family.

Ducks are not laying yet, so not sure what will happen this year,... getting a dozen hens eggs a day now, beautiful eggs too, but itís just not worth it...if you were right out in the country an honesty box maybe be ok...
