Ducktales
Sunday, June 11th, 2017 How big is the scoop, could hold a kg or could hold 5kg ??
Are they freeranging in between,a good few variables to consider, main one being the size of the scoop.

Monday, June 12th, 2017 So my 21 bird should only be fed about 600g a day compare to my 4.4kg they get??
Ducktales
Monday, June 12th, 2017 I have never weighed feed in my life,a good fistful of feed wheat each as a scatter feed am and pm,layers ad lib and plenty of free range is what i give them.
I would,nt feed barley if i got it for free, useless feed for fowl in my humble opinion.

Monday, June 12th, 2017 I feed ad lib where I can.
If you can't feed ad lib, then observe them when you feed them. If they're finished the food and looking for more, then feed them more. If they're finished and leaving food uneaten, then feed them less. Change the amount with the seasons; they may want more or less different times of the year.
